Candidates should possess childcare or nanny experience, with special needs experience being highly advantageous, and must have childcare references from paid or unpaid work. Essential requirements include reliable, insured transportation, a cell phone for assignment management, and availability for varied shifts, particularly daytime availability on weekdays.
