Student Success Counselor

The student success counselor provides counseling and advising on complex academic progress and wellness issues, managing a caseload focused on adult students by coordinating holistic supports, mentoring, and community resource access. This role serves as a primary contact from admission to completion, supporting academic and career planning while monitoring progress to facilitate student retention and completion.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is the minimum requirement, coupled with at least two years of experience in advising, recruitment/Retention, case management, or related student services demonstrating proactive outcomes. Candidates must also show a proven track record of supporting students through challenges and experience supporting diverse student populations.
