1 staff will provide specialized, individualized support within the 7th street center for the arts day program, implementing positive support strategies to help the individual achieve personal goals and outcomes. This role requires ensuring services align with person-Centered practices, organizational values, and quality standards while promoting successful peer relationships.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and capable of passing a doj/Fbi background check, tb test, and physical examination. A valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation are required if applicable, alongside the ability to implement structured support and maintain detailed documentation.
