4th Grade Teacher (Mesa 2026-2027)

Teachers are responsible for using the ams curriculum standards to teach students above and below grade level through a differentiated approach while attending weekly professional development and meetings. Responsibilities also include communicating with parents, coordinating with staff to meet student needs, tracking performance data, and using preventative intervention strategies for social and emotional development.

Candidates must possess a passion for helping title 1 and esl students in underserved communities achieve college education and must be able to pass a background check and obtain an ivp fingerprint clearance card. Required attributes include strong analytical abilities, enthusiasm for data-Driven instruction, adaptability to deliver a rigorous curriculum, and a collaborative work style paired with initiative.
