The role involves collaborating with teachers to deliver individualized services to small groups of students, monitoring behavior, tracking progress, and communicating with parents to reinforce learning. Responsibilities also include providing behavior training, conducting various assessments, writing reports, creating behavior programs, and facilitating data collection for progress monitoring.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in or have graduated from an aba program and be eligible or in the process of sitting for the board certified behavior analyst exam. Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting is preferred, along with proven working knowledge of microsoft software applications.
