Registered Behavior Tech

As a registered behavior technician in the aba program, the role involves assisting with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the guidance of a licensed board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba). The technician will support clinicians in helping children and their families learn new skills and techniques through effective therapy.

Candidates must possess at least one year of experience as an applied behavior analysis technician and hold current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification. Essential qualities include the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-Paced setting, exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and a self-Motivated drive for exceptional patient care.
