Montessori Certified Toddler Lead

The lead teacher is responsible for creating an inspiring, cozy classroom environment that fosters toddler curiosity and independence while living the montessori philosophy. This includes guiding children with patience, sharing milestones with parents, and collaborating with educators to craft a playful, growth-Sparking curriculum.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and hold montessori credentials (Ams, ami, or equivalent) while meeting all state lead teacher requirements. A passionate heart for the montessori method and toddler development is essential, with a child development associate or degree in early childhood being preferred.
