Core responsibilities
The toddler teacher will lead a classroom in a licensed daycare/Preschool setting, supporting social, emotional, and developmental milestones for young children. Responsibilities also include creating engaging, age-Appropriate lesson plans, maintaining a safe environment, and effectively communicating with families and team members while adhering to all licensing regulations.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a passion for early childhood education and strong classroom management skills suitable for active toddlers, with massachusetts eec teacher certification (Infant/Toddler preferred) being a key qualification. Experience in daycare, preschool, childcare, or as a paraprofessional is required, though eec certification or equivalent degree/Experience is preferred but not mandatory.
