Behavior Specialist, RBT, Fully Remote

Behavior specialists use play and evidence-Based strategies to help children build communication, social, and life skills within a remote setting. They follow personalized clinical plans while celebrating small achievements that contribute to significant growth.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in college/University or possess college credits, along with at least six months of experience in applied behavior analysis (Aba). Flexibility, especially for afternoons, evenings, and saturdays, is required, along with reliable transportation and willingness to complete training.
