Youth dev specialist

This role involves planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating all programs and activities across core areas such as education, athletics, arts & crafts, technology, and games rooms while fostering healthy relationships with all club members. Major tasks include ensuring member safety, providing guidance, initiating creative activities, monitoring program achievement against goals, and managing facilities and supplies.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience working with youth and families, demonstrating a clear ability and interest in youth engagement. Strong oral and written communication skills are mandatory, and intermediate computer skills in microsoft office (Word & excel) are necessary.
