Core responsibilities

Duties also include guiding play activities to spark curiosity and safety while designing a daily schedule balancing rest, activity, and motor skill development.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, meeting all state requirements for a preschool lead teacher, with prior experience as a toddler teacher, including potty training experience. Preferred qualifications include a child development associate (Cda) or a relevant college degree, along with strong classroom management skills.
