Summer Group Leader

Summer group leaders will coach and mentor school-Aged youth by enhancing social skills and supporting character development through a mentor model. Responsibilities include leading empowerment activities, supporting growth in academics, health, sports, and arts, acting as positive role models, and managing administrative tasks like attendance tracking.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and one year of professional experience working with youth, though some college is preferred. Essential qualifications include a desire to build one-On-One relationships, passion for working with diverse youth, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle stress professionally.
