Direct Support Professional (Sun, Thurs, Fri: 8 am - 8 pm)

Core responsibilities involve providing direct support and supervision to ensure the safety, engagement, and well-Being of individuals, including assisting with personal care, implementing care plans, and administering medications accurately. Staff must also maintain a safe environment, utilize behavior intervention techniques, and foster community integration through facilitated activities.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though additional coursework or certifications are preferred. Candidates must obtain and maintain certifications such as cmt, cpr/First aid, and mandt training, along with possessing a valid driver's license and the physical ability to lift 50 pounds.
