Early Education Teacher

The early education teacher implements culturally relevant and developmentally appropriate activities aligned with curriculum goals, coordinating engaging activities tailored to individual children's needs to enhance social, intellectual, and physical growth. This role involves supervising children to ensure health and safety, completing child observations for assessments alongside the lead teacher, and professionally communicating with families.

Candidates must be 18 years or older, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have completed 12 early childhood education credits or be expected to complete them within five years. Required qualifications also include experience working with the target age group, completion of minimum stars-Required training, and a cleared portable background check in merit.
