Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will work directly with students aged 3–22 with autism spectrum and related disorders, utilizing applied behavior analysis (Aba) to support skill-Building and independence. Responsibilities include providing classroom support for academics, social skills, and daily living activities, monitoring progress, documenting data, and implementing individualized behavior plans.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and maintain an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification in good standing with the bacb. Essential requirements also include effective communication, collaboration skills, the ability to foster a positive environment, and basic computer proficiency for documentation.
