Youth Development Professional

The youth development professional plans and conducts various developmental activities for children, focusing on areas like academics, arts, physical education, and leadership. They are primarily responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and personal welfare of the assigned children while supporting the facility's mission.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and experience working with youth, along with mandatory cpr and first aid certifications. Employment is contingent upon passing background checks and drug screening, and the ability to obtain a cdl, dot, and serve safe certification for driving club vehicles.
