Child Watch Associate - Evening Weekday

The associate is responsible for providing a safe, secure, and fun environment for participants in the child watch program, nurturing children through purposeful interaction and tending to their needs, including diaper changes. They must supervise all activities, maintain positive relationships with parents, and keep the program site and equipment in order.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess current infant/Child cpr certification, along with knowledge and experience in caring for infants, toddlers, and young children. Essential abilities include changing diapers safely, demonstrating maturity, strong interpersonal skills for behavior management, and the physical capacity for lifting up to 25 lbs.
