Residential Milieu Counselor - On-Call

This role involves working in a highly structured residential facility with at-Risk youth, assisting them in improving behaviors and meeting treatment goals through active engagement and role modeling. Responsibilities include maintaining client supervision, contributing to treatment plans, adhering to policies, and leading milieu-Based activities.

Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years old, capable of providing therapeutic care according to manuals and policies, and willing to learn and model specific therapeutic tools and curricula. Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screening.
