The professional will learn and implement various agency and state-Mandated programs by actively planning and executing daily psycho-Educational activities tailored to the therapeutic needs of clients. This role involves continuous monitoring and teaching of the person-Centered plan model while adhering to all operational policies and procedures.

Candidates must be prepared to utilize specific therapeutic tools and curricula while consistently role-Modeling program models for clients on a daily basis. Essential duties include managing crises using the proper chain of command, participating in team dynamics, maintaining professionalism, and completing accurate client documentation within 12 hours.
