Family engagement specialist

The family engagement specialist is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with youth and their parents while coordinating opportunities that promote family well-Being and engagement. This role involves serving as a bridge to community resources by identifying needs, providing referrals, and facilitating access to services, including leading parent education workshops.

A high school diploma or ged is required, though some college hours in related fields are preferred, along with at least one year of experience in social services. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and obtain cpr certification, with bilingual proficiency in english/Spanish being highly preferred.
