Parent educator

The parent educator implements the parents as teachers (Pat) model by conducting home visits, facilitating parent-Child interaction, and administering required screenings and inventories. Responsibilities also include connecting families to community resources and hosting monthly group connection meetings.

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required, preferably specializing in social work or early childhood education. Candidates must possess at least one year of supervised experience working with at-Risk families, teen parents, or diverse backgrounds, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
