Behavior Technician BT / RBT (East Bay) - Part time

As a registered behavior technician, you will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing applied behavior analysis therapy techniques to foster daily living, communication, and social skills development. Responsibilities include engaging children in structured learning, implementing behavior intervention strategies under supervision, and tracking progress data.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old; experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities or asd, is highly preferred. Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory requirements for this role.
