Behavior Aide

The behavior aide supports assigned students one-On-One according to their individualized education plan (Iep), providing customized behavior support and teaching life skills as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include implementing and modifying behavior support plans, tracking data, utilizing intervention strategies, and managing crises or restraints when necessary to ensure safety.

A high school diploma is required for this position. Experience implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs in an educational setting is preferred.
