School Social Worker

The role involves championing student success by delivering social-Emotional services, including individual or group counseling, as an integrated member of a multidisciplinary team collaborating with school staff and families. Responsibilities include implementing behavior management strategies, developing iep goals, completing social-Emotional assessments, and maintaining required documentation.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in social work and hold professional licensure such as lcsw or lmsw. Two years of experience working with children/Adolescents in school, special education, or behavior health settings is preferred, along with willingness to obtain ma mtel certification.
