Behavioral Technician

As a behavior technician in the aba program, the role involves assisting with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the supervision of a bcba. The technician will support clinicians in helping children and families learn new skills through effective therapy techniques.

Suggested qualifications include 1 year of experience in a therapy facility or enrollment in a therapy curriculum program, with applied behavior analysis technician experience preferred. Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and a self-Motivated drive to exceed patient expectations.
