Behavioral Tech

As a behavior technician in the aba program, the role involves assisting with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the supervision of a licensed bcba. The technician will support clinicians in helping children and families learn new skills and techniques through effective therapy.

Suggested qualifications include 1 year of experience in a therapy facility or related field, or enrollment in a therapy curriculum program, with applied behavior analysis experience preferred. Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and a self-Motivated drive to exceed patient expectations.
