Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Practitioner - Blair Area

The practitioner will provide intensive, home-Based services to families experiencing a crisis. This involves collaborating with families to create and execute treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, strengths, and objectives.

A bachelor's degree is required for this position, along with a minimum of two years of experience working directly with children and families. Proficiency in communication and documentation is also necessary.
