(FP) - Summer Program Instructor

The instructor is responsible for fostering a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for youth, encouraging participation, and guiding members in understanding programs and expectations. They will also assist with program delivery, maintain attendance records, and participate in team efforts to run quality programs.

Candidates should preferably have experience working with youth through volunteering, school, or work, and must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires the ability to follow instructions, work independently, and handle moderately physical demands including standing for extended periods and lifting over 25 lbs.
