Major duties include maintaining a safe learning environment, planning and implementing activities, managing classroom operations, and communicating student concerns to site leadership.
Requirements summary
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or ged and the ability to pass the instructional aide test, with preferred qualifications being 48 college credit units or an associate’s degree. Candidates need one year of relevant experience or equivalent college coursework, reliable transportation, and must pass required background checks and tests.
