Childcare Staff – Before & After School

Staff members are responsible for facilitating hands-On activities based on the healthy kids curriculum, including fitness, steam, academic, and art activities, alongside providing homework assistance. They must maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment, act as positive role models, and communicate daily with parents using the playground app.

Candidates must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for one year of experience working with children under 13. Applicants must also be medically cleared of communicable diseases and demonstrate warmth, friendliness, reliability, and the physical ability to manage children, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
