Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician implements individualized behavior intervention plans using aba therapy to teach new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and promote independence for youth. Responsibilities include providing 1:1 direct services, attending team meetings, maintaining safety, and completing necessary documentation.

A high school diploma or ged is required, though college and experience are preferred, with preferred active rbt certification (Training provided). Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting 25 pounds and providing physical intervention during crises, and possess a valid driver's license.
