The behavioral health technician will deliver one-To-One behavioral health services to youth aged 2–24 in various settings, following personalized treatment plans designed by a supervising behavioral consultant. Responsibilities include promoting age-Appropriate functioning, reducing service dependency through boundary setting, providing parent training, and maintaining accurate documentation of client progress.

Requirements summary

Candidates must pass required pa criminal, child abuse, and fbi clearances and possess either bcaba, rbt, or bcat certification, or have 2+ years of behavioral health certification from an accredited body. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience providing behavioral health services, or completion of 40-Hour rbt training within ten days of hire.
