Behavior Therapist

The behavior therapist provides one-On-One or small group behavioral interventions to consumers in various settings to improve behavioral and developmental outcomes. This role involves implementing treatment plans, supporting children and adolescents with behavioral needs, and maintaining accurate service documentation.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience working with children in a school setting, and experience with behavior management and autism in youth. Candidates must also possess a valid pennsylvania driver's license and be able to obtain necessary background clearances.
