Salary
$13 - $15 / HOUR
Counselors will be assigned to a unit of campers, working with fellow staff to manage them, facilitate various camp activities like arts & crafts and STEM, and build valuable peer-to-peer connections. Key duties include building positive, nurturing relationships with campers and upholding YMCA values.
Candidates should ideally have experience working or volunteering with youth in a recreational setting, though this is preferred, not mandatory. Applicants must be willing and able to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and must be available for mandatory training sessions before and during the camp season.
