The speech therapist will perform appropriate patient assessments, interpret results, and design individualized treatment programs with realistic short and long-Term goals in collaboration with the patient/Family. Responsibilities also include ensuring accurate and timely documentation compliant with regulatory standards and optimizing patient safety.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as a speech therapist and hold a current oregon slp license. Strong computer skills in microsoft word, excel, and outlook, along with excellent communication and customer service skills, are mandatory for this role.
