Teacher Aide - Mentone SDA School

The teacher aide will primarily support the classroom teacher with instructional preparation, tutoring, grading, and maintaining an orderly classroom environment for k-8 students. Responsibilities also include supervising students during various times like recess and arrival/Dismissal, and assisting with behavioral support plans.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's or undergraduate degree preferred, and must obtain cpr and first aid certification upon hire. Essential qualities include patience, reliability, strong organizational skills, the ability to take direction well, and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
