Sleep Direct Support Professional

Direct support professionals ensure the safety and health of individuals attending the day program while coaching and assisting them in achieving daily living goals like cooking and cleaning. They are also responsible for planning, implementing, and documenting programs to meet social, emotional, physical, and personal needs, including community outings and job opportunities.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, be at least 18 years old, and hold a valid non-Provisional driver's license. Essential qualities include being empathetic and demonstrating a team approach to care.
