Position

  • Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Hourly
  • Pay: $19-26/hr for direct billable hours (based on experience)
  • Training, onboarding, and drive time: Paid at $16.00/hr
  • Paid RBT certification training provided within your first month of employment
  • What You’ll Do
  • Provide one-on-one support to children with autism and related developmental needs using evidence-based strategies
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising clinician
  • Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in home, school, or community settings
  • Collect data on client progress and adjust support strategies as needed
  • Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Celebrate small wins that lead to meaningful, life-changing progress

  • What We’re Looking For?
  • High school diploma, or GED (minimum) and 18+ years old.
  • Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (or related coursework).
  • Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and your own reliable vehicle is required.This is not a position where rideshare or public transportation can be used.
  • Candidates with evening/after-school availability preferred (sessions typically 2–6 hours, Monday–Friday).
  • General knowledge of computer systems, including Windows and Google products.
