Houseparent

House parents are responsible for supervising and meeting the daily needs of up to ten children in a cottage. They provide care in a family setting, addressing the material, physical, spiritual, emotional, and disciplinary needs of the children.

Candidates must be at least 23 years old and have a high school education or equivalent, along with two years of experience working with children or as a caregiver. Physical ability to perform household chores and care for children is also required.
