Behavior Technician Childcare Experience Needed

The behavior technician will work directly with children with autism, delivering aba therapy under the supervision of a bcba to teach communication, social, self-Help, and play skills. Responsibilities also include actively engaging with clients, maintaining professionalism, accurately recording session data, and ensuring client safety and confidentiality.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and at least one semester of college coursework, along with a minimum of six months of paid or volunteer experience working with children. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, car insurance, and the ability to pass required background checks and physical exams are mandatory.
