Provides therapeutic behavior management as prescribed by care plan Assists therapist as needed to develop and review safety/crisis plans and care plans Coordinates services among internal/external agencies and internal/external providers Follows care plan to monitor progress, teach skills, address behavioral concerns, and bill accordingly Ensures continuity of care Meets required productivity standards and other organizational expectations
