Impact Coach

The primary function involves implementing a broad range of programs for youth aged 13-18 to prepare them for success across six key development areas. Key roles include facilitating daily experiences consistent with learning objectives, implementing and evaluating core programs, and ensuring a safe environment for members.

Candidates must be 21 years or older and possess a commitment to providing activities based on the developmental needs of teens. Essential abilities include planning and managing complex initiatives, cultivating positive relationships, strong communication, mentoring skills, and demonstrated ability to handle conflict and discipline effectively.
