YMCA Swim Team Coach

Assistant coaches will support and facilitate regular swim practices for various age and ability groups, instructing all children and differentiating approaches based on their experience. They will also participate in practice and meet setup/Breakdown and maintain organized areas.

Candidates should be reliable, positive, and enthusiastic, capable of implementing practices for everyone from beginner elementary students to competitive high school athletes. Prior coaching experience, competitive swimming background, and usa coaches certification are preferred, but the employer is flexible to train candidates with a background in youth sports and development.
