Core responsibilities
The youth mentor & activity specialist will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment by supervising middle school students and ensuring their well-Being throughout the after-School program hours. This role involves planning and facilitating a minimum of eleven academic, recreational, and social-Emotional activities monthly, alongside maintaining organized spaces and supporting student needs.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational requirements and must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation to perform essential duties, including driving participants. Previous experience working with youth is preferred but not mandatory for this position.
