Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician - $500 RBT Sign-On Bonus!

A behavior technician delivers one-On-One behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and supports their families under the supervision of a bcba. Responsibilities include assessing plan effectiveness, collecting data, writing progress notes, and maintaining effective communication with supervisors and parents.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and must pass a background check including fingerprints. A minimum of one year of experience working with children, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation are required, with an rbt certification or bachelor's degree being preferred.
