Lead Lifeguard - Aquatics - Seasonal - Summer 2026 ($21.61/hour - $29.17/hour)

The lead lifeguard provides aquatic safety, supervision, and instruction for patrons during recreational and lap swim, while also exercising general supervision and providing training to other staff members. Duties include conducting facility opening/Closing procedures, assisting with staff training, analyzing program needs, and ensuring policy adherence during events.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a lifeguard and possess current certifications in lifeguard training, cpr for the professional rescuer, and standard first aid, with a water safety instructor certificate also required. Applicants must be at least 17 years old and meet physical demands including swimming 300 yards and lifting up to 50 pounds.
