ABA Behavior Technician (BT)

The role involves providing direct, one-On-One support to children with autism using evidence-Based strategies to implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising clinician. Responsibilities include teaching various life skills and collecting data on client progress while collaborating with the clinical team.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, and possess a valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle, as public transportation is not an option. Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is beneficial, and evening/After-School availability is preferred.
