(South Mountain) ELD Specialist for the 2026-2027 SY (July Start)

The eld specialist will strengthen instructional practices, improve student outcomes for english language learners (Ells), and build staff capacity through collaboration and professional development. This role involves providing academic instruction aligned with arizona state standards and adjusting resources to support content mastery and english language proficiency standards.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, a valid arizona ivp fingerprint clearance card, and arizona teaching certification with the required proficiency assessment score or equivalent certification. Five years of teaching experience with a demonstrated record of impacting student achievement is desired.
