Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

The physician will provide medical services, evaluate and treat patients using appropriate diagnostic and treatment skills, and participate in academic programs like medical education and research as requested. Responsibilities also include ensuring cost-Effectiveness and quality of care, and providing documentation that meets insurance requirements.

Candidates must possess a doctor of medicine (Md) or doctor of osteopathy (Do) degree and must be credentialed by the wisconsin medical examining board prior to the hire or transfer date. Advanced life support certification is preferred.
