Clinical Education Specialist-PRN

This role involves assessing educational needs globally to develop and implement hospital-Wide curricula, performing outcomes analysis to modify content for improved patient outcomes and staff performance. The specialist will also lead the planning and evaluation of new systems impacting staff competency in delivering patient-Centered care.

Candidates must possess a master's degree and be licensed to practice nursing in florida, holding a current bls certification, with professional certifications required within one year. Required experience includes 1-2 years of formal or informal teaching experience combined with 2-4 years in a clinical specialty.
